Experience in Program Management, Business Development and Business Capture. Currently, Program Manager of the $48M FMS Brazil Submarine Upgrade, the Canada Victoria Submarine Upgrade which includes a DCS CCS contract and a FMS BQQ-10 sonar contract and the DCS Spain S80 Submarine Program in the LM RMS Manassas International Submarine Group. Certified Level 3 Program Manager and Level 3 Capture Manager. Certified LM Green Belt and Cost Account Manager. Selected Capture Manager for the CEC Signal Data Processor proposal and UYQ-70 International Frigate Upgrade momentum business. Selected as Business Development lead for the UYQ-70 Rack Mount Cabinet (RMC), a co-development with a small business. Previously, part of team providing daily on site program management support to NAVSEA for the Q-70 display program at the 300 M street facility. Acting as a liaison between NAVSEA and Q70 program office in Eagan, MN as well as NAVSEA users. I managed operations of the LM-Eagan Washington Operations Center (WOC) facility providing administrative and technical management to eight on site employees until our transfer into the Q-70 PM organization. I provided technical and program support to NAVSEA for the UYK-43 program, supporting CM, ILS, production, procurement and business development. I was part of the team that managed three major UYK-43 retrofit programs. I was responsible for installation schedules, production rework schedules and all customer interfaces. Before being assigned to NAVSEA headquarters, I was in the Field Engineering Organization. I was stationed at IBM Federal Systems in Manassas, VA (now LM C6ISR) provided on site support for Sperry equipment provided as GFE to the BQQ-5, BQQ-6 and SubACS submarine sonar systems. This included support for equipment in operational submarines worldwide. I also took an assignment in Eagan for 9 months providing design checkout and verification of embedded UYK-44 SEM modules for the SubACS program.
