I am a seasoned continuous improvement agent, occupational health and safety specialist, leader, and strategist. For the last 8 years, I've worked in the maritime industry, but I also have extensive experience in the risk management and legal industries. I am an expert in legalese, business operational management, state and federal regulations, legal compliance, and product and process design. I’m married to the most beautiful wife, and did I mention…I also double as a career father to the four most beautiful, amazing, and cherished children in the world. I've worn many hats over the years, and as a result, I have gained a unique ability to manage and navigate complex challenges. However, my actual experience has taught me that my professional experience value is this-I've been directing large networks of local and national independent contractors, as well as staffed offices-I'm a multi-linguist of compliance-driven business. I speak fluent legalese, compliance, and regulator, and I know how to answer auditors. I found that understanding laws and regulations means fewer missteps, and missteps can cost a fortune-I don't care who gets credit. I just want to win-I have big Ideas, lots of people have big ideas. Execution and logistics is what matters, and I do both-If my left and right brain were hands, I'd be ambidextrous-I run toward fires.
