I am an Operations and Supply Chain Leader who loves continuous improvement no matter the size of the change. I enjoy managing people with the most critical task being mentoring to reach their goals and career aspirations. I strive to use my team’s talents when assigning them work that will stretch their development. I have been able to lead people throughout the world and adapt my management style to fit the team’s culture. I love challenges and thrive in those situations, from gathering a cross-functional team, creating the plan, executing the schedule, overcoming the roadblocks, and celebrating the milestones. I relish those moments, seeing the team excited for the work that has been accomplished. Outside of work, you’ll find me working in my yard, camping, boating, coaching, and cheering for my kids in all that they do. But most importantly, I am a husband and father. I work hard to make certain that their needs are taken care of as well as some of their wants.
