My experience enables me to interface with Developers, Product Managers, and SMEs, and lead teams that create content to improve the lives of persons both inside and outside of your organization. Seeking to help others has been at the core of my personality. As a Senior Technical Writer/Content Development Leader, I know the power of words, and how they can bring relief to thousands of persons struggling to understand the inscrutable. It is a joy to be with a team of highly intelligent persons and bring their vision to the customer or consumer in a way that is easily understood. The charity work I have done for Habitat for Humanity and for the elderly is great. But there is no feeling quite like publishing content that I know will result in reducing the frustrations you might have while trying to make a program or machine work the way you want.
