Robert is the founder and CEO of Blue Star Property Management, where he is responsible for the oversight of our highly experienced team. He draws from 20+ years of expertise in business development and direct ownership of commercial properties to manage your property as if it was one of our own. At Blue Star Property Management, we provide a unique owner experience through our detailed understanding of ownership’s need to effectively and efficiently manage commercial real estate assets. We draw on our history of direct ownership of properties to ensure all management decisions are vetted through the lens of the owner and provide the best return-on-action to support your personal and family investments. In addition to his role as the CEO of Blue Star PM, Robert continues to invest personally and with his peers into commercial real estate assets through Cobalt Investment Partners. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the investment and value-add process. Robert leads the acquisition and disposition activities for investments made, as well as investor partner relationships. He also manages the financial integrity of investment performance to return profits to Cobalt’s equity partners throughout our investment cycle. The Cobalt Team’s goal is to maintain deep relationships with our investment partners through open communication, mutual trust, and consistent performance to stated objectives. The natural synergy between Blue Star PM and Cobalt Investment Partners lends itself to an overall operational efficiency for our owners, tenants, and investment partners that is extremely rare in the industry.
