At Kuehne+Nagel, one of the world's leading logistics providers, I lead a team to maintain, support and improve the Confluence and Search platforms that support the company's global operations and strategy. As the product lead for knowledge management solutions, I have successfully integrated Confluence with various third-party products and services, such as Tableau, Pentaho and Python, to provide a seamless and user-friendly experience for the employees and customers. I have also leveraged my skills in data integration, architecture and security to optimize the performance, security, and scalability of the Confluence and Search platforms, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs and expectations of the users.
