He has nearly 4 decades of experience in the criminal justice field, including serving as a police chief, a warden, and a director of professional development and training in the Florida Department of Corrections, the third largest state corrections agency in the nation. As the former national director of Warden Exchange, a Prison Fellowship program that equips correctional leaders with the skills and strategies to transform the culture and climate of their facilities, Chris is passionate about prison ministry and reentry efforts.
