About Robert Henri

I have had the passion of study and academia for all of my career. Having not had the opportunity to follow the traditional path of formal studies in my early life I made sure that I would make it up later on as a mature student. Now I am surrounded by young and dynamic undergraduates that transmit to me their passion and their vision for the future. That is a stimulating work experience and one that I cherish at the end of my career. In return I offer the CSU my experience, wisdom -) and management experience. I also serve as a coach and a mentor to my executive team and the entire CSU employees. One of my most rewarding professional career experiences. Having had recent turnaround mandates in large manufacturing organizations. It is clear again and again, that leadership skills and the ability to execute strategy would have been major attributes to the past leaders of those organizations. Attributes that would have prevented the operating and financial difficulties of those companies. ENHANCE your Leadership skills Shifting individual behavior has become crucial to organizational success. Organizations operate under the misconception that change can be implemented by simply providing information, motivation tactics and offering incentives. These strategies have not been successful.
