As Senior Manager for Fed Ex Ground Package Systems, a leading P&D management company, I have had continued success in operations, P&D management, team management, and safety. Turning under-performing operations into successes is a passion of mine, and I have startup experience as well. I have consistently met or exceeded operational expectations on any P&L I have been responsible for and this type of success is what drive me! My focus is on continual improvement – making operations faster and more efficient, developing professionals to assume increasing responsibility, cutting costs, and working smarter. Some of my accomplishments include: • Managed the construction, staffing and opening of brand new state of the art 300K square foot facility. • Successfully meeting spend goals on P & Ls ranging from 24M -240M annually. • Team development and management of up to 750 Direct & Indirect reports at one time. • Recipient of multiple awards including P&D Manager of the Year, Best Engineered P&D Operation, Senior Manager of the Year, Sort manager - Best Engineered Dock, Peak Player of the Year.
