I am a very hardworking and quality driven individual. I am a good team worker and strive to get the job done, putting aside my own personal objectives. I have worked in a variety of challenging roles in my current employment. This has shown my adaptability in learning new skills and working with many individuals with varying skills and requirements. I have shown leadership skills in supervising teams in a high pressure environment to meet challenging targets. This will often require me to show maturity beyond my years. As a result, I have on occasions been asked to take on a new supervisory role to address ongoing issues, solve problems and provide a quality product for the company.
