I’m a results-driven procurement and operations professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in both the U.S. Navy and the private sector. My background spans strategic sourcing, supplier management, lean process improvement, and cross-functional leadership in manufacturing, logistics, and defense environments. As a former Senior Chief in the Navy, I led aircraft maintenance teams, facilitated leadership training, and developed curriculum grounded in real-world leadership principles. Since transitioning to civilian roles, I’ve managed procurement strategy, negotiated supplier agreements, and driven cost-saving initiatives across food production, medical device, and logistics sectors. I thrive in environments where strategy meets execution—where building strong teams, streamlining operations, and delivering measurable value are at the core of the mission. Whether it's mentoring junior leaders, navigating complex sourcing categories, or managing P&L-driven objectives, I bring a mission-first mindset to every challenge.
