Great property outcomes can change everything. Throughout my career I have held senior positions in organisations including Lend Lease, General Property Trust (GPT), Mirvac, the Australian National University and Bisa Property. I have led the planning, development, delivery and operations of every asset class. Whilst each project has been unique, all have set new industry benchmarks in planning, sustainability, workplace change, timing, complexity of delivery, transaction and operational structures. Consistent in all of these projects is the ability to deliver on time, to budget and, as equally important, to engage and harness complex stakeholder groups including planners, government, users, financers and owners to achieve a common interest. Having worked in various roles in construction, design, planning, development, transaction and operations my knowledge is based on sound experience and commercial acumen. Success is built on networks and relationships. Having worked in almost every state of Australia and for a diverse range of leading organisations, I maintain and develop diverse relationships. It might be old school but I can ‘call’, talk and engage with anyone. I strive to challenge the status quo and deliver great property outcomes that are to the benefit of all: user, developer, investor and community.
