I have breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the building envelope façade industry with having held positions in operations as manager, business development, sales, estimating, project management, installation management, and I have also installed and fabricated for many years as well. this experience has been gained on many small to very large commercial, institutional, and residential projects throughout Canada, and US. • I have also worked in Korea & China on many occasions for product procurement, development, and production. • Owned and operated a design & drafting business catering specifically to the façade and construction industry, having produced many custom curtain wall, window wall, skylight, custom facade designs, supplier catalogues, and shop drawings. • Have successfully completed extensive testing of custom aluminum, glass, and glazing products in Canada, China, & Korea for the North American market. • Highly organized, cooperative, team player, time sensitive, and have an excellent understanding of the construction industry and where it is going. • Good working relationships with building owners, developers, contractors, suppliers, & various team members that I have been involved with over the years. • Good working knowledge of many computer programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Projects, QuickBooks, Bluebeam, CRM’s, & Partner Pack and other estimating software. • I adapt quickly to new construction, fabrication and installation technologies and apply them to practical applications on a daily basis.
