As a Senior Strategic Initiatives Manager and a Senior Project Manager Analyst at Mr. Cooper, I lead and support multiple projects across the organization, leveraging my skills in project management, electronic engineering, and top secret clearance/SCI. I balance scheduling effectiveness, training, security, and job safety standards, and direct personnel or teams to accomplish the task at hand. I am a dedicated and experienced managerial professional who is capable of working alone or as a member of a team, with the comfort of exercising initiative, solving problems, and improving processes and procedures. I am also pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Project Management at Ashford University, expected to graduate in 2022. My goal is to apply my knowledge and expertise to contribute to the success and growth of Mr. Cooper and its customers.
