I have worked primarily in the music industry since I was about 16-17 years old. In one way or the other. I have owned and operated my own business building guitar pedals from scratch and performing amplifier repair for our artistic community here in Richmond. I spent 6-7 years working for Apple starting in 2008. I loved the job experience I received from working at Apple. From inventory to the FOH, I was really given a lot of training. At one point, I was the inventory manager, and responsible for a couple million dollars in product. My shrink percentage was below %.15 for five years straight. Weekly audits and daily counts. Bi-annual full inventory audit. The BOH procedure and protocol that myself and our team developed is now the standard for all Apple stores built after 2012.
