My greatest strength is an inexhaustible drive for Continuous Improvement tied directly to data driven ROI. I am forever fascinated with the intricacies of this work and the never ending stream of challenges to tackle. My experience includes nuclear US Navy on both submarine and aircraft carrier platforms, commercial nuclear power industry across a wide range of roles and challenges, startup manufacturing maintenance, engineering and technical training and classified national laboratory work control management. I have served in Leadership roles in Operations, Maintenance, Project Management, Safety and Engineering. All of these roles have added tremendous value to my understanding of best practices to comprehensively lead large Teams. I'm happy running at 110% and not a single bit less.
