What I do best: • Optimize ITIL and Scrum for better service delivery and project execution. • Ensure data security & compliance with ISO 27001. • Provide technical support & troubleshooting that keeps everything on track. • Monitor system performance and solve issues before they become problems. • Work closely with teams to tackle diverse IT challenges. • Keep documentation up to date and systems running smoothly. Beyond IT administration, I also: • Build strong relationships with customers and teams. • Lead go-live projects & transitions. • Manage workload planning & hiring. • Drive continuous service improvements for end users. I follow ITIL’s core principles in incident management, problem-solving, change control, and quality assurance. I’m ITIL Foundation certified and have completed Dale Carnegie’s Nomination Programme – Create Your Future, sharpening my leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
