About Robert Impey

Hi my name is Robert Impey and I employed at Capital Manor Financial advisors which is such a vibrant and challenging environment and they are always looking for ways to develop you as a person. I have spent 7 years in the education industry being a supply teacher at a primary school, alongside this I also used to work with SEN children to make sure that they had quality resources to reach their potential. After deciding I had done my stint in education I started work at The Professional Fundraiser. My first role within the company was as a venue planner which got me communicating with lots of different shopping centres, town centres and big exhibition venues in order to get the best price for a specific location in order for our fundraisers to get the most out of it. Out of the workplace I take part in a couple of hobbies, the main ones being golf and fishing, still trying to get that handicap down. Also I love getting involved in charity events for local and national charities, the event I’m most proud of is a bike ride from York to Luton which was in memory of my best friend that passed away from breast cancer and we raised £12,500 for the charity which was an overwhelming moment as we only had a target of
