I apply my expertise working with private equity firms, as well as entities going through mergers and acquisitions, to help a wide range of clients with their risk management and employee benefits needs. As an executive leader for Lockton, I am also passionate about helping our associates thrive both professionally and personally in a collaborative and rewarding environment. This means recruiting talented people, providing them with the tools and resources they need to build a career at Lockton and fostering a culture that makes them excited to be here. Lockton is a privately-owned professional services firm with more than 6,500 professionals serving more than clients around the world in the areas of risk management, employee benefits and retirement services. We help our clients protect their most valuable assets – their people, property and reputation, and this is often accomplished through insurance. I am fortunate to be embarking upon on my tenth year at Lockton. I still wake up every day energized to help our clients, associates and communities.
