About Robert J. Brinker

I have a proven track record of safety, leadership skills, an instructor for multiple disciplines, training counselor, coach, and mentor that stems all the way back from being a NCO in the United States Marine Corps. After the USMC I went into private security where I got my TS-SI-TK-B security clearance and also became a DCJS security/safety instructor while being in charge of approximately 150 armed officers for government sites requiring TS and above clearances at the rank of Major in the private sector. I then moved away from the DC area and went back home and started back in the construction field as supervisor and in charge of site safety. I started taking classes for OSHA which aligned with my teaching background in safety. I was fortunate enough to have cought the eye of Garth Enterprises, HarborView Development, Swirnow Capital Mgt, Obrecht Phoenix and a few others where I was able to be the surervisor and safety manager for medical sites, construction on USAF air bases, 100 million dollar + residential builds, data centers, commercial builds, medical facilities, Network Solutions and a few others. later I became the installation manager and trainer and then the safety manager and trainer for ADU and its warehouses on the general side of OSHA. I was then fortunate enough to find like minded safety oriented people looking for a partner who likes giving back to the community. The owners were students of mine during a safety class I was teaching and they asked me to became a part of National Safety & Health because of my background and safety standards.
