Background

About Robert J. Massengale

My experience results from over 23 years of global call center management & executive experience in sales, customer support and marketing. I’ve provided customer care and sales training to of call center agents and management traversing 22 countries in Southeast Asia, Africa, South America, Central America, Caribbean and the Middle East. My expertise includes overseeing nearshore and offshore call center operations for several Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, Discover and The Wall Street Journal, with significant influence in the financial services industry. If you hate the accents from India, the Philippines, the Caribbean and Eastern Europe when you call a customer service or tech support number, blame me. If you love the savings your business gets from outsourcing non-key competencies offshore and the benefits to the bottom line of the companies whose stock you own, thank me. Either way, I love what I do.
