With nearly 30 years of experience as Managing Partner at Scott & Scott, LLP, I’ve represented some of the world’s largest corporations in complex IT transactions, software disputes, and federal court litigation. That background informs the way we design Monjur: practical, risk-aware, and battle-tested for real-world business. What sets us apart is our ability to bridge technology and law. We use AI to streamline the drafting, review, and management of contracts, while ensuring that every agreement meets the highest professional and regulatory standards.
