About Robert Janes

With nearly a decade in ad tech, I lead growth, product, and revenue operations at AdButler, an ad server built for publishers, platforms, and retail media networks. In that time, I’ve scaled sales teams, support teams, launched self-serve tools, driven multimillion-dollar partnerships, and guided cross-functional teams through major platform transformations. Whether I'm negotiating enterprise contracts, reviewing contracts, architecting new features, or helping customers unlock new revenue streams, I blend strategic thinking, technical depth, and a bias for execution. I had a rewarding career as a Paramedic serving communities in Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland & Labrador, working on ground ambulance, and in emergency rooms. I've also spend time as an industrial paramedic working on the Muskrat Falls hydroelectric project. Not your typical career trajectory, but both wonderful memories that I'll cherish forever, and terrifying nightmares that are shared by every first responder.
