When I was 15 in high school, I joined football thinking it would be an easy sport. Man, was I wrong. While I was trying out, I thought about quitting every single day.(And that was even when I made the team.) But despite the 90 degree heat, countless push ups, the mental and physical fatigue, and the playbook overdose, I kept going and pushing. I’m that kind of person. A person who won't quit, who says I’ll do something and makes sure it happens. Now, I want to put that perseverance to work. I'm recent undergrad graduate from California State University of Los Angeles, who is currently seeking internships or employment in the field of marketing or in the sports business. This time, I'm looking for a team who is seeking a person who is committed, driven, disciplined, and above all, a team player. Sports itself has instilled me with three real world skills which I follow til this day. Learning how to deal with failure - Losing a game helped teach me that these are temporary losses that can be overcome. Learning how to work hard – In order to become good at something, constant practice is required. Those who practice in order to get better will reap the rewards. Learning how to work as a team – Success of the individual is not as important as success of the team. How to work well with others in order to achieve a common goal.
