About Robert Jodoin

As an engineer specialized in robotics with over 32 years of experience, I am an innovative and visionary manager whose principal objective is to meet the evolving needs for automation in different industries. I was the founder and President of BJ & associate, Axium automation and Axium Group (Axium, Enico, Emergik, SPG Vision & Robotics, Lupar and Axium Europe) where I did contribute to its growth with my expertise and managment skills. I was actively participating in the company’s business development, as well as the design of innovative and flexible solutions for our clients. Having participated in hundreds of automation projects, I have been at the heart of the creation of several patented products such as Mixed-Load palletizing, Layer depalletizing and wrapbotic palletizing systems. As the major shareholder of the Axium's group, we sold the compagnies in 2014 to Symbotic USA, where I was the former president and shareholder of Symbotic Canada and V.P. of Symbotic USA up to december 2016. I am the founder and the majority shareholder of Numove Robotics & Vision and we currently act as a leader in robotic and automation for similar activities as we were doing in the lagacies activities of Axium group.
