I use my experience to build technology intensive businesses that succeed with results-led strategies. Combining an extensive engineering background and strong enduring relationships in defence. I am relentless in my drive to improve performance and overcome new challenges. As a leader I always work to inspire and elevate others, learning fast to navigate the journey and achieve extraordinary results. Results that leap from the good to great. From a young age I have been a technologist to my core. A software programmer from the age of 12, lacking funds I built my first computer from scratch, writing software and designing electronics to satisfy my curiosity for knowledge. Starting as a software engineer, I became a long time practitioner of extreme programming and agile practices. I developed myself to be technical director managing a software team of 125 in the UK and 60 in France. Ultimately I rose to managing director of an international business of 450 people. My experience spans Defense, Telecommunications, and Energy sectors. I now work with Seebyte, an innovative software first business, sharing my knowledge and experience, to solve the hardest problems employing artificial intelligence and Robotic Autonomous Systems.
