My experience and commitment to safety, risk management, and insurance have also allowed me to guide organizations through difficult challenges and provide winning solutions while defining risk issues and developing strategies for an unforeseen loss. I offer expertise across the domain of both the conservation and ecological restoration sector leveraging a background that includes vulnerability discovery, workers compensation premium recovery, employee relations, workforce planning, class code adjustments, and the most recently captive formation and short- & long-term financial assurances. What should you know about me? Early in my career, during my tenure as an Operation's Trainee with Mohawk Industries, I held multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including traveling and inspecting manufacturing facilities and distribution centers ensuring that safe operating procedures were being adhered to. In the space of years, this role allowed me to explore who I am, my own strengths and weaknesses, as well as what I want my career to be - a path that allows me to never stop learning. Fast forward to now, I am still doing what I love to do - actively pursuing strategic partnerships with Risk Managers, C-Level Executives, and Business Owners while developing risk programs, identifying loss trends, and evaluating data used in mitigating risk. At the same time, I provide structure and scalability in an otherwise unstructured risk management process to ensure that companies can scalably replicate best practices in the future. In 2014, I pioneered my insurance program solution, co-founding Conservation United, and successfully built it into a national program with multi-faceted customer-centric solutions. To date, my team and I are viewed as the Pioneers of Conservation and Environmental Banking insurance and risk management, having solved decades-old challenges with groundbreaking insurance & risk solutions. I am proud and happy about where Conservation United is headed. Conservation United strives to continuously pursue new solutions, risk systems, and ideas that our clients find valuable.
