About Robert Judges

I am Robert Judges and I have been a police officer since August of 2009. I began my career with the Casselberry Police Department, achieving the rank of Corporal before I transitioned over to the Lake Mary Police Department in July of 2017. I am currently the Sergeant over the Community Relations Division. I am responsible for department training, the FTO program, code enforcement, community relations, the school resource officers, recruitment, and special details. My background is well rounded with experience in multiple areas of law enforcement including patrol, criminal investigations, traffic homicide investigations, training, traffic enforcement, PIO, SWAT and community relations. I pride myself on taking any opportunity to advance my knowledge and work experience. I strongly believe in passing my knowledge on to others. I am a certified instructor in many areas to include firearms, defensive tactics, Taser, less lethal shotgun, active shooter and various other topics. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida in Criminology. I graduated the Palm Beach Community College Basic Law Enforcement Academy with the Academic Achievement Award in 2008.
