From product or process quality issues to audits and knowledgebase Q&A, I develop modular copilots that increase efficiency and accelerate organizational learning. With 10+ years of hands-on experience in Lean implementation and training, I support organizations through Kaizen events, cost reduction projects (Lean Six Sigma), and practical problem-solving. I have trained and coached professionals at all levels—from operators to senior management—on tools like 5S, VSM, Kanban, SMED, One Piece Flow, Poka Yoke, and Standard Work. My approach is shaped by international experience, including collaboration with Porsche Consulting in Germany and the USA, where I adopted the “Porsche style” of Lean transformation.
