Robert Kat is analytical strong and committed to innovation and excellence. He started several businesses during his study years and this entrepreneurial attitude is a leitmotif in Robert's career. His Real Estate career started at the biggest Real Estate firm in the Netherlands. In a Real Estate market focused on initial yields Robert developed valuation models based on the Real Option theory with more emphasis on risks. His Master Thesis on this subject won the IVBN Master Thesis Award in 2011. In an open atmosphere and with lot's of fun Robert made a habit of starting new teams and developed new business lines. Robert enjoyed the professional growth and bringing out the best in people and grew with partners a company of over 100 persons. During this time Robert and his team organized the first online Real Estate auction in the Netherlands. Nowadays Spring Real Estate offers a wide variety of services among other; Property Management, Investments, Agency, Marketing, Valuations, Legal, Accounting, etc. All from a entrepreneurial ecosystem in which we have created a setting in which our people can excel.
