About Robert Kennard

With over 5 years of experience in supply chain management, I am passionate about optimizing operations, implementing change, and delivering value to customers and stakeholders. As the Operations Team Lead at Westcan ACS, a leading provider of wireless communication solutions, I oversee a team of professionals in the Operations department, and work closely with the heads of other departments to roll out new initiatives, improve processes, and manage financial goals. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in different sectors and roles, such as material technician and project coordinator, and having completed a bachelor's degree and a diploma in supply chain management from SAIT. In my current role, I leverage my skills in data analysis, reporting, project management, and communication to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Operations department. I use various tools and systems, such as PowerBI, ticketing system, and inventory control, to monitor and track requests, orders, and projects, and to generate and present reports to senior management and clients. I also play a key role in training staff, supporting new process implementation, and assisting in the integration of a newly acquired company. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges, and I thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
