I am a versatile, delivery orientated and self-motivated, Business Development, Operations and Program/Portfolio Manager with International experience gained in a variety of fields including Life Science (Pharma & Medical Devices), International Investment Banking, Agrochemical, Local Government and Central Government. I am an intuitive leader with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the hierarchy, in any challenging, fast moving environment. I take great pride in a job well done, have a thirst for knowledge and enjoy a challenge. My relevant experience includes • Managing client and account relationships at various levels to help develop the inter-company relations, and help the client look for the innovative solutions to their challenges and opportunities • Extensive senior operational management experience including leading several Global Program functions (50+) for organizations operating in every region of the world • Experience of working and interacting with government agencies, such as HM Treasury and VOA, in an advisory, consultant and execution management role. Hence has a thorough understanding their perspectives. • Experience working in different organisational and regional cultures across a number of industries • Experience of working with commercial leaders and functional management, to achieve goals in Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical, Agrochemical, and Investment Banking Front to Back office. • Extensive experience of building, motivating and managing multi-disciplined and multi-faceted teams, from Commercial Sales, IT, Finance, HR, Supply chain, legal etc. to achieve collective goals. • Experience of working and influencing at all levels managers through C-Level and on to Board level • Strong project/program/portfolio management experience. • Experience in establishing Program Centres of Excellence, including all aspects of governance, methodology standards, and running programs to educate and support all relevant stakeholders
