I work with partners through the process of completing product and service delivery certifications, creating a delivery service offering, capturing customer satisfaction metrics, and fostering strategic partner relationships for the business. Currently, I am a Services Partner Manager at Zscaler, a global leader in cloud security. I served on the FY23 Field Advisory Board and contributed to the development and evolution of the ZScaler Services Authorized program with refined processes and operations. I am a trusted advocate for our customers and partners, a thought leader and project manager focused on achieving strategic corporate initiatives, and a proven collaborator across functional teams.
