Administrative professional with over 20 years of experience working across government, along with one year of dedicated ICT Support Desk experience. I hold a Certificate in Information, Digital Media and Technology and am currently studying a Certificate IV in Cyber Security, building on my skills to transition into a cybersecurity-focused career. I will be pursuing a bachelor's degree in ICT with a focus on Cybersecurity in early 2026. My strengths lie in ICT support, problem-solving, and delivering reliable, customer-focused service.Alongside my technical career, I am also an accomplished creative. As a trained screenwriter and narrative designer, I studied under Playwright and Screenwriter Cynthia Whitcomb, Professor Scott Meyer and completed masterclasses with Luke Ryan, focusing on world-building and story structure. My achievements include being named a Quarterfinalist in the prestigious Nicholl Fellowship in Screenwriting (Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences), with one of my short scripts produced and filmed, starring Simon Dutton.Outside of work and study, I enjoy story-driven MMORPGs and am exploring Unreal Engine 5 to design immersive characters, environments, and narratives. This creative passion complements my ICT expertise, allowing me to approach both technology and storytelling with adaptability, structure, and imagination.
