About Robert Kivirinta

I'm a finance professional with over six years of experience in fast-scaling SaaS companies, where I've helped turn financial data into strategic action and long-term growth. With an MSc in Strategic Finance & Business Analytics, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of finance—from forecasting and budgeting to team leadership, investor reporting, and supporting cross-border M&A. My journey began at Leadfeeder, where I supported the company’s growth from early-stage to post-merger. During my time there, the business scaled 15x in ARR and employee size. I held multiple roles over the years, ultimately overseeing finance operations across the Nordics and US and leading a team of four. In late 2024, I joined Groweo as Finance Director, leading the financial function during a pivotal stage of early growth. I was responsible for forecasting, board reporting, investor relations, and shaping financial strategy in a fast-moving environment. I’m highly analytical, data-driven, and hands-on. I thrive in environments where I can build from scratch, bring clarity to complexity, and back strategic decisions with solid numbers. I’ve worked across remote-first teams, implemented KPI tracking systems, and supported both fundraising and operational scaling. Outside of work, I’m a passionate golfer. Due to Finland’s short golf season, some colleagues and I co-founded Golfkamari—an indoor golf company designed to give Finnish golfers the opportunity to play the game they love all year round. It’s been a fun way to combine entrepreneurship with something I truly enjoy.
