A senior resource executive and legal professional with a passion for managing diverse projects and developing and working in high performing teams. I have worked in legal, commercial and business development roles for over 25 years in small to mature businesses with exposure to Australia, the UK, the Americas and most recently Africa, with listed entities associated with the ASX, LSE and TSX. For the last 12 years I have worked in the resources industry progressing through business development, legal, company secretarial, sales and marketing and commercial roles to my most recent role as Chief Commercial Officer and General Counsel. Significant depth of experience in start-up and operational environments including business development, due diligence and associated risk allocation to achieving sustainable operational performance and growth.
