About Robert Klutse

I am someone people trust when conversations matter and progress needs to happen. My work centres on people, clients, and outcomes. I’m known for being confident, personable, and easy to work with, while also being effective at pushing things forward when situations are complex or unclear.I spend most of my time engaging with clients, understanding what really matters to them, and acting as a reliable point of contact who brings clarity, structure, and momentum. I’m comfortable managing multiple relationships, handling sensitive or high-pressure conversations, and coordinating with different teams to ensure issues are resolved properly.I’ve also worked extensively in coaching, communication, and client-facing environments across B2C and B2B contexts. Through this work, I’ve been responsible for helping generate over in revenue in under 18 months, supported customers through meaningful decisions, and delivered communication at scale — from one-to-one conversations to stages and broadcasts reaching millions of people globally. All of this has shaped how I show up: highly interpersonal, calm under pressure, commercially aware, and focused on building trust while getting things done.I’m particularly drawn to roles where strong relationships, clear communication, and ownership have a direct impact on customer experience and long-term success.
