About Robert Knepp

I believe that the value of a company is attributed to the strength of its relationships, which require trust and transparency. Always drawn to customer service and creating a community, whether in my current role as a community manager or my past role as a tenant experience manager both for Industrious, I am passionate about building engaging communities. As a community manager, I am driven to build member engagement and satisfaction. I believe that by providing an environment where members feel valued and heard, makes for a successful community and helps drive retention. My positions as a community manager and tenant experience manager for Industrious have helped me develop skills in data analysis, processes and developing solutions for both. My previous positions were running 2 corporate fitness facilities and opening them from zero members. Both locations are still going strong because of the efforts that we put into keeping our members engaged and meeting their expectations. I have earned my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification as well as my Agile Leader Certification. Prior to Industrious I took a Commercial Real Estate course through eCornell. The certifications have developed skills to continue to build upon my expertise with customer service and satisfaction.
