As a dynamic leader, with strong team building and training skills, I am always looking to advance and achieve excellence in everything I do. I enjoy leading diverse work teams to achieve operational excellence in team goals and metrics. Excellent ability in skills such as: •Coaching and directing individuals and groups •Communication across the entire organizational spectrum •Ability to handle multiple projects; achieving positive outcomes •Looking at processes and seeing opportunities for positive improvements In these roles I have managed process improvement efforts including project selection and planning, Kaizen events, development of standard work, cycle time reduction, cellular work flow, total productive maintenance (TPM), and team building. In addition, I have extensive expertise in all aspects of CNC machining and warehouse inventory and work flow management. I hold certifications for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Supervisory Leadership, OSHA HAZWOPER, and CPTAE. I am also a TWI Institute Certified trainer for Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Relations and Job Safety Programs.
