I am currently looking to return to work in the insurance industry in a work from home position. I am registered with the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and Social Security Ticket to work. There are substantial benefits to hiring me. Professionally I have 4 years of experience as a claims examiner in the mental health industry and can easily translate that into the medical industry. I was consistently able to meet or exceed company standards for my position and rose to the rank of level immediately below that of a salaried supervisor. I was directly responsible for the administration of benefits for specific contracted companies, and processed all claims within the established parameters. Drawing upon my nearly 30 years of performing arts I have created a course called Effective Presentations. This course teaches the fundamentals of professional communications. The course is easy to understand with exercises, role playing, examples, and is suitable for nearly any profession or walk of life. If you want to be able to connect with your audience, regardless of whether they are a corporate executive, or a member of the local book club, my course will give you the confidence and tools you need. Never underestimate the value of true communication! Through my work as a volunteer officer in a living history group, I have extensive experience as an event planner coordinator. This includes securing a site, arranging for insurance, coordinating with volunteers, vendors, clients, site administration to ensure smooth operations. I have handled events with as few as a few dozen attendees and participants, to multi day events with hundreds of attendees.
