About Robert Koetsch

I am a diversified Manufacturing professional with experience in Manufacturing, Materials, Program, and Cost Management. This experience has been earned in the Aerospace, Commercial Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, and Consulting fields. I successfully directed the implementation of “Demand-Based Manufacturing”, a lean manufacturing initiative, at Celestica Corporation. The project achieved significant improvements in Delivery, Quality, and Financial performance while helping to develop a self-directed workforce culture. Additionally, I was project leader for "Infor's Advanced Scheduling" solution in 2015 at Actavis Pharmaceuticals, Florida manufacturing facility, and was the site’s co-project leader for their SAP implementation initiative in 2019. I am APICS certified and earned my bachelor’s degree in Management from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.
