I am a career teacher with a Master's degree (M.Ed) in educational leadership and a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in early elementary education and special education. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate (EdD) in organizational and educational leadership at York College of Pennsylvania. My studies will focus on the impact generative artificial intelligence (AI) systems and large language models (LLMs) have on public policy, especially educational policy, and the choices that actors in that process make in response to each other. By adopting a student-centered instructional approach, I prioritize the unique needs of each student to enhance their academic success. I believe that strong relationships and a deep understanding of students are vital in education-students won't learn anything from teachers they don't like. My goal is to create a progressive learning environment that integrates technology and AI, ensuring that my students thrive both academically and personally.
