About Robert Kron

Senior Project- and Change Manager. Economist by training and management consultant with vast experience in the areas of mobility and public transport. I was working with business cases, change management and public procurement for both public and private vendors. I switched to the public sector to develop my project management skills of large projects and knowledge of public sector digitalization from the inside. In my current job, I am in charge of a governmental project with the goal to develop a digital ecosystem of information exchanges between governmental agencies at the plattform verksamt.se. I am also responsible for an innovation lab that deploys AI and large language models to re-utilize published texts in the public sector more efficiently.
