About Robert Kuipers

Robert is an experienced CEO. In the past 5 years he has, together with a team of medical- and Artificial Intelligence experts, build a successful company from 1 to 30 FTE currently undertaking an IPO. Previous to that Robert has been partner for more than 10 years in large Business/IT service companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM and CGI. He has led multi-disciplinary groups of 150 professionals working for national and global clients. His biggest successes are winning and implementing a € 100 mio. Business/IT project and a € 30 mio. ‘smart energy’ project.Robert combines a technical and business administration background. He is a visionary on Business/IT optimisation and has used focus on stake(share)holder value to prioritise improvements in the business- and technology landscape of complex companies. Performing workshops with C-level of many companies has given him a broad relationship network. He has developed and held tailored made sales trainings based on various sales theories and his own experience.His leadership style is characterised by focus on result, authenticity and success through development of others. Robert is seen as very ‘hands-on’ participating in groups working on client value. Robert’s biggest reward is successful business development in complex situations and providing a ‘solution’ with a group of professionals.
