With a hands-on background in integrating various cloud technologies, including ERP, Revenue Management, FP & A, BI, CRM, CPQ, and more, he excels in evaluating and rearchitecting complex business processes for end-to-end cloud solutions. In 2017, Robert founded Lightbridge, a consultancy specializing in digital transformation and leveraging cutting-edge cloud technologies. As an Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner, Lightbridge specializes in integrating NetSuite and Salesforce solutions. Their clients range from $1M to over $1B in annual revenue. What sets Lightbridge apart is its commitment to being a single point of contact for managing intricate projects spanning multiple cloud platforms, requiring specialized technical resources. Robert's extensive knowledge of Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Marketing enables him to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and design complex processes across functional departments. Prior to founding Lightbridge, Robert led digital transformation and business process reengineering efforts for a fast-growing hi-tech firm, gaining certifications in PMP, Agile Product Ownership, and Product Management. Before that, he excelled academically, earning a Summa Cum Laude distinction in Economics and standing first in his honors cohort at Oxford, UK. Before college, Robert served in the U.S. Marine Corps, achieving top ranks in both avionics and electronic warfare specialist schools, and earning the Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medal for Technical Leadership during a deployment in the Middle East.
