About Robert Lagunovich

As a Management consultant and policy analyst at Lafayette Group I supports federal, state, and local agencies on various policy issues and initiatives, I apply my two years of government experience and my dual master's degrees in international security studies and clinical and health psychology to find innovative solutions to complex and emerging challenges in cybersecurity, telecommunications and technology policy. My current projects focus on cybersecurity policy, grant program support, and tribal affairs, where I leverage my skills in qualitative analysis, stakeholder engagement, and report writing. I have valuable experience as an intern with the U.S. House of Representatives, where I gained insights into legislative policy and governmental affairs in areas such as Section 230 reform, wireless spectrum and broadband expansion, and social media regulation. My graduate degrees work hand in hand to help me not only understand the wide variety of threats our nation faces but also how, as a society and as individuals, we can work to deter threats ranging from phishing attempts and ransomware attacks to combating foreign nations attempts to spread disinformation online.
