I am a results-focused and highly personable State Director of Operations for Curaleaf Holdings Nevada and am thrilled to bring almost thirty years of experience in the Service Industry to the incredibly exciting & and rapidly diversifying Cannabis Industry and proudly work as a premiere vertical operator in the United States and Europe. I am proud to say that I oversee the 42-acre Cultivation Farm and Process Lab in Amargosa Valley. House of Herb’s indoor grow in Las Vegas, the 2320 Western Production Facility, and the recent Tryke/REEF acquisition in Las Vegas. I am also in charge of managing several Select production facilities and several supply chains. As I began my journey with CuraLeaf Holdings in 2019, in the role of Director of Co-Op Operations, then General Manager focused on Cultivation and Production, R&M, and all new CAP EX and OP EX Construction projects in the state for Retail, Production, and Cultivation. I quickly realized that this industry was exactly where I was meant to be. This role allowed me to refine my skills in sorting out dysfunctional partnerships in the Co-Op space and helped to garner a ton of experience in building innovative training. I have been fortunate enough to operate some of the most prestigious and high-traffic venues and cities in the nation, including New York City Manhatten Mega Club Crobar, Pink Elephant, Club Vinyl, and Summer Stage in Central Park NYC. I oversaw and ran all production and operations at multiple events at the Winter Music Conference in Miami. From 2006 to 2012 I opened the new Fantasy Tower at the Palms Resort Casino in Las Vegas opening Moon Nightclub, the Playboy Club, and NOVE ITALIANO. In all at the Palms, I was in charge of Seven Nightlife venues two restaurants, and the Palms Pool. In 2012 I left the Palms to work with Tony Hsieh and helped bring his new vision of Downtown Las Vegas opening twelve venues including the Container Park, Inspire Theater and Life is Beautiful. In my time there, I implemented solutions to streamline productivity, limit costs, improve efficiencies, and build lasting relationships; and these experiences have all coalesced into a constantly rewarding and flourishing position with Curaleaf. I have always been a results-driven performer, and throughout my career, I have generated dynamic and compelling solutions for my employers and their partners. I succeed at building, refining, restructuring & and reorganizing the customer experience. I attribute these successes to my ability to foster and nurture genuine relationships with real people at every level.
