Who is Robert Lamiell and why do I care? WHAT I DO - My name is Robert Lamiell and in every professional role I have had I carry the same mindset that good business starts and ends with the customer. I heard a business coach say once that it is the customer that gives him his paycheck, not the company he works for, and that has always stuck with me. ON A PERSONAL LEVEL - I understand it is often preferred to do business with someone people know. They can build trust and even find out interests that they have in common. Here are a few of my interests: I absolutely LOVE being outdoors either hunting, fishing or hiking. More specifically I am an avid Bass Angler, however I enjoy all facets of fishing. I love getting out and exploring. Second to hunting and fishing, I love to grill. I am always finding new recipes or something to throw on the Traeger. Of course I enjoy smoking a good brisket, but I’ve been asked to make my Baked Green Chile Mac & Cheese time and time again. Finally I am a musician. I grew up and was inspired by my dad to learn guitar. I transitioned to bass, and have played in different projects and written several songs over the years.
