In 2013, Robert founded a sustainable textile company. He built a brand, an international distribution network, retail stores, and onboarded renowned industrial clients such as Porsche, Swisscom, and Palfinger, as well as ambassadors like the Invictus Games by Prince Harry. Production takes place in 50 companies worldwide, covering the entire product range. Over the years, the company has evolved and is now specialized in manufacturing for businesses and large industrial clients that pursue a sustainability-driven approach. In 2018, Robert Laner founded WorldChanger, a international collaboration network of creators, thinkers, and leading companies dedicated to fostering positive change through out positive habits. Under his leadership, WorldChanger has become a symbol of transformation, inspiring individuals and organizations to take action. His innovative approach and commitment to impactful storytelling have garnered significant attention in the German media. He has successfully established leading events in the DACH region, bringing together diverse stakeholders to address how important a WorldChanger mindset is. With one of the most extensive international networks in both business and public life, Robert connects with influential figures across various sectors. His ability to bridge gaps between industries and cultures has been instrumental in driving collaborative efforts for sustainable development. In 2022, he founded a research studio and, in collaboration with one of Europe's leading home fragrance providers and a development laboratory, developed 32 natural and innovative care formulations, which are now distributed under a renowned brand. In 2023, he joined Kindy Fritsch’s team. The two share a vision and deep conviction that it is possible to create a lasting positive impact in this world.
