Advanced Project Manager certified as a Project Management Professional, 6-Sigma Black Belt, and Westinghouse Customer 1st Black Belt. Experienced in program and project management, resource management, and business process improvement in multiple diverse areas of power station design, analyses, and services including engineering design, licensing, fuel, I&C, field services, and supply chain. Trained and experienced using LEAN methods, Human Performance Tools, and Behavior Differentiation to develop business process improvements. Successfully managed the planning and execution of major industry projects including Power Upratings, Steam Generator Replacements, fuel cycle extensions, and Reactor Coolant System Chemical Decontamination. Established and led a new team of project managers, engineers, and IT professionals to create the Westinghouse design change control and configuration management processes, and Configuration Information Management System necessary to support the engineering and procurement of new plant projects. Also served as Westinghouse's Engineering Project Interface with Entergy for the Indian Point Units 2 and 3 power plants, and am experienced in Licensing and Regulatory Compliance as well as structural and thermal/hydraulic Analyses.
